Question:

What is my login for C-Cure

Answer:

- Username is AD\UNID (example: ad\u0123456)

- Password is your CIS Password

Question:

I can't log into C-Cure, what should I do?

Answer:

- If you have confirmed your login information is correct

- Contact buildingaccesss@fm.utah.edu or Create a WO for the CCure Team by using the following link https://facilities.utah.edu/requests/ 


Question:

I logged into C-Cure and I cannot see or do anything, what should I do?

Answer:

- Confirm you are logged into the correct SAS

-- Contact buildingaccesss@fm.utah.edu or Create a WO for the CCure Team by using the following link https://facilities.utah.edu/requests/ and include a FULL screenshot of the error you are getting


Question:

I am trying to log in remotely, but I cannot connect.

Answer:

- Confirm that you are logged into the VPN.

- Do you have the VPN installed on your device? If no, follow this link.

- Contact buildingaccesss@fm.utah.edu or Create a WO for the CCure Team by using the following link https://facilities.utah.edu/requests/ 

 


Question:

have a person's badge that is not working on the time clock.

Answer:

- Time clock is an entirely different system and has no conection with C-Cure. You will need to contact the UIT Help Desk for further assistance at 801-581-4000 or visit www.kronos.utah.edu
