New Online Maintenance and Work Request System

Beginning Monday, June 30, 2008, Plant Operations will implement a new, online work request process. This new process will improve the work request process and enable Plant Operations personnel to provide you with timely status updates.

Instructions on how to access this new system are provided below. If you have questions or difficulties accessing the new online system, please contact the Dispatch office at 581.7221

Click HERE to login into the CIS system.

To report a maintenance problem, submit a work request, or submit a bid request, you will need to first login to the Campus Information System.

Once you have logged into CIS, click the Employee tab and you see a new Plant Operations Menu Item. Click the Customer Request link to open a new request

A new browser window will open. Complete the form and click the SEND button to complete your request.
