University of Utah Facilities Management

Facilities Management hosts a monthly meeting (Monthly Information X–change Meeting) to brief interested stakeholders on projects under construction, in design, and in planning. Our intent is to include as many constituents as possible and encourage you to invite others from your areas as appropriate each meeting.

Project managers will give brief presentations (3–5 minutes) of higher profile projects and/or projects that may impact “U” operations.

We propose inviting staff to join us from departments including, but not limited to:  Environmental Health and Safety; Auxiliary Services; Risk Management; Scheduling; University Communications; Health Sciences; Research Park; President's Office; Space Planning and Management; Student Affairs; and appropriate staff from Facilities Management.
