CPAC is established by the University to provide “advice to the President concerning long-range physical facilities planning and development.” CPAC can be very effective in making recommendations on a number of issues to the University’s president, academic senate, etc. who then take appropriate action regarding these issues. The University’s Administrative Services departments will provide staff support and recommendations to the committee.
